GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

ARTICLE 1 - PURPOSE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms of Sale”) govern sales of cosmetic products made by SEOUL PARIS CARE S.A.S. (hereinafter “the Seller”) to its customers (hereinafter “the Buyer”), whether consumers or businesses. Placing an order implies the Buyer’s full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Sale.

ARTICLE 2 - PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

The products offered are those shown on the website. The Seller undertakes that the products comply with the European regulations in force. Offers are valid for as long as they are visible on the website and while stocks last.

ARTICLE 3 - PRICES

Prices are shown in euros.

• For consumers: prices are shown inclusive of all taxes (incl. VAT).

• For businesses: prices may be shown exclusive of tax.

The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products are invoiced at the prices in force when the order is confirmed.

ARTICLE 4 - ORDERS AND PAYMENT

By confirming the order, the Buyer accepts the price and characteristics of the product. Payment is due immediately when the order is placed, using the secure payment methods offered on the Shopify platform (bank card, PayPal, etc.). The company retains ownership of the products until the price has been paid in full.

Minimum order value: €15 incl. VAT, excluding delivery charges. An order below this amount cannot be confirmed.

ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY

Products are delivered to the address given when the order is placed. Shipping costs are shown before the order is finally confirmed.

• Delivery times: delivery times are given for guidance only (usually 3 to 5 working days).

• Pre-orders: a sold-out product may be offered for pre-order, marked “Pre-order”, with an estimated delivery date (mid-December 2026) shown on the product page before purchase. The price is charged when the order is placed and the product is shipped as soon as the stock is received. In the event of a delay, the Buyer may terminate the sale and be refunded under the conditions set out in Articles L216-2 and L216-3 of the French Consumer Code.

• Receipt: the Buyer must check the condition of the packaging and the goods on delivery. Any anomaly must be reported to the carrier and to the Seller within 48 hours at the following address: contact@seoulpariscare.com.

ARTICLE 6 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

• Consumers: in accordance with the law, the Buyer has 14 days to exercise the right of withdrawal without giving any reason. In this case, return costs are borne by the Buyer. Cosmetics exception: for reasons of hygiene and health protection, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that have been unsealed or opened, or whose packaging has been damaged, after delivery.

• Businesses: no right of withdrawal applies, unless specifically agreed in writing by the Seller.

ARTICLE 7 - WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

The Seller is bound by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. The Seller cannot be held liable in the event of improper storage or abnormal use of the product by the Buyer (failure to follow storage conditions, etc.).

ARTICLE 8 - PERSONAL DATA

The information collected when an order is placed is necessary to manage the transaction and shipping. It is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.

ARTICLE 9 - DISPUTES

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law.

• For consumer customers, any dispute may be referred to a consumer mediator. In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code on “the consumer dispute mediation process”, after first contacting us, and if you have not received a satisfactory response, you may use a consumer mediation procedure free of charge with:
  

• For business customers, any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris Commercial Court (Tribunal de Commerce de Paris).
